Vanessa Oblaza

Vanessa Oblaza has six years of work experience in a variety of roles. Vanessa began their career in 2005 as an Events Coordinator at Illini Tower - Allen & O'Hara. In 2007, they joined Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants as a Human Resource Assistant at The Hotel Allegro. Vanessa then moved up to roles such as Catering Events Manager, Catering and Conference Service Manager, and Guest Services Supervisor at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they moved to Labtec Cosmetics, Inc. as a Product Development Manager. Most recently, they have been working as a Product Development Lab Manager at Concept Laboratories, Inc. (USA) since 2019.

Vanessa Oblaza attended Lane Tech for their secondary education, followed by the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they obtained a Bachelor of Food Science & Human Nutrition.
