Elias A.

Elias A. has over 15 years of experience in project management and software testing. Elias began their career in 2003 as a Software Tester for BioVeris Corporation. From 2005 to 2007, they worked for EDS as a Business Services Analyst Senior, Test Lead, and PM. In 2006, they served as a QA/Test Manager for Lockheed Martin. From 2007 to 2008, they worked for EDS as a Software Tester Lead and for CORTEK as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Site Manager, Quality Assurance Specialist for CECOM. From 2013 to 2015, they worked for Patricio Enterprises, Inc. as a Product Manager IV and for SAIC as a Site Manager for two Joint Product Manager programs. Currently, they are a Project Manager for Concepts Beyond, providing Project Management support to FAA NextGen program for Management and Technology Development Prototype Divisions ANG-C5.

Elias A. completed a Master in Healthcare Management and minor in Information Technology from Strayer University between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University between 1997 and 2000, and a BS in Biology and minor in Chemistry from Old Dominion University between 1995 and 1996. In addition, Elias A. obtained DAWIA Level III Certifications in Acquisition, Production Quality and Manufacturing from the Defense Acquisition University in October 2013, and a DAWI Level ll Project Manager certificate from the Defense Acquisition University.
