Gwen Rachel Stanley

Gwen Rachel Stanley has extensive experience in contract management and editorial roles. Currently serving as the Contracts and SBIR Coordinator at Concepts NREC since February 2014, Gwen specializes in navigating government funding processes, proposal preparation, and compliance issues. Previously, as a Contracts Assistant, significant contributions were made to the drafting and management of various contracts, including engineering services and international agreements. Prior to this, Gwen held editorial positions, including News Editor at The Vermont Standard and Editor at The Connecticut Valley Spectator, where responsibilities included generating story ideas and mentoring staff. Gwen holds a Master's degree in Semiotic analysis of advertisements from Goddard College and a Bachelor's degree in Art Theory from the same institution.
