Sean McDermott

Sean McDermott has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Sean began their career at Ingersoll Rand, where they joined their Leadership Development Program and worked in various industries. Sean held positions of increasing responsibility, including Materials & Business Systems Manager and General Manager Operations. McDermott then moved to Micro-Coax, Inc. as an Operations Manager for ten years before joining Concepts NREC. At Concepts NREC, they served as Vice President of Products and later became President of Engineering Services & Advanced Turbo Products. McDermott eventually became the Chief Operating Officer and is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Concepts NREC.

Sean McDermott obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University, which they attended from 1988 to 1992. Sean then pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, completing it in 1993. In terms of additional certifications, they became Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in September 2010. Furthermore, Sean McDermott attended the Executive Development Program at Stanford University in 1995.
