Laura Carretta

Laura Carretta currently serves as the Group Human Resources Director at Conceria Pasubio SPA since May 2020, where the focus is on fostering a Positive, Open, Innovative, Stimulating, Nurturing, and Result-Oriented Organization while managing the HR team across various countries, including Italy, Serbia, Mexico, and Germany. Prior to this role, Laura was the Human Resources Manager at Conceria Pasubio SPA, overseeing HR management for the Italian facilities. From August 2005 to April 2020, Laura worked as an HR Senior Consultant at MAW Men At Work s.p.a., handling recruiting, selection, and HR management.
