Sarah Byrnes

Sarah Byrnes is a Wellness Counselor/Specialist at Concern Housing since May 2023, previously serving as an Eating Disorder Technician at Center For Discovery from July 2021 to April 2023, where therapeutic support was provided to adolescents with various eating disorders and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. Prior experience includes a Dance Instructor role at Peconic Ballet Theatre from September 2018 to July 2021 and volunteering with the Peconic Ballet Foundation from September 2016 to June 2017, teaching dance and creative expression to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Sarah Byrnes is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Long Island University, expected to graduate in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree from Adelphi University.
