Senior Program Officer, Humanitarian Training at Concern Worldwide

As a Senior Program Officer for Concern, Melody supports the implementation and expansion of Concern’s humanitarian capacity building programs, including the National NGO Program on Leadership (NNPHL), Building a Better Response (BBR), and Local Capacity Strengthening for Response (LCS4R).

Prior to joining Concern, Melody served in multiple roles at Meridian, a global leadership nonprofit in Washington, D.C., where she designed programs to strengthen the international diplomatic corps and coordinated exchange programs, policy dialogues, and technical workshops for various funders, including the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Trade and Development Agency, and private entities.

Originally from Taiwan, she now resides in the great state of New Jersey and is always on the hunt for the perfect sandwich.
