Rebaka Sultana

Rebaka Sultana is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in senior finance positions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Country Finance Controller at Concern Worldwide since August 2025, Rebaka is responsible for managing the finance function in Bangladesh and providing strategic leadership as part of the Country Management Team. Previous roles include Director of Finance and Administration at ACDI/VOCA and Director of Operations & Systems (Interim) at Plan International Bangladesh, where Rebaka contributed to operational and policy development. Additional experience includes positions at British Red Cross, Ain O Shalish Kendra, Room to Read, International Rice Research Institute, HIV/AIDS and STD Alliance Bangladesh, and ACID Survivors Foundation. Rebaka holds Certified Management Accountant qualifications from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants in Australia, specializing in accounting and business management.
