Senior Finance Manager at Concern Worldwide

Samantha joined Concern Worldwide US’s Finance team in March of 2021. As the Senior Finance Manager, Samantha assists in all aspects of the operational finances of the organization. She is responsible for annual and long-term financial planning, budgeting and financial analysis, and the production of periodic financial reports including financial statements. Through collaboration with staff and management, she supports organizational decision-making with financial analysis.

She brings a breadth of expertise with over 10 years of experience in financial roles in the private sector. Prior to joining Concern Worldwide US, she worked as a mergers and acquisitions manager within the insurance brokerage industry, partnering with key stakeholders to analyze, develop, and drive strategic initiatives. In this role, she managed the M&A deal process from initial analysis, valuation, and structuring through due diligence, closing and integration. In addition, she has held a variety of finance professional roles with a focus on corporate finance, FP&A, and accounting in financial services.

Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rutgers Business School in New Brunswick, NJ.
