Tom Sommer currently serves as an Institutional Funding Specialist at Concern Worldwide, focusing on ECHO and French-speaking countries while supporting country teams with donor requirements and proposal development. Prior experience includes roles at Handicap International - Humanité & Inclusion, where Tom developed funding proposals and established partnerships in Togo and Benin, as well as served as an EU Partnership Advisor overseeing relationships with DG ECHO.
