Amy Johnston

Amy Johnston has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amy began their career as an Escrow Assistant/Escrow Officer at Chicago Title Insurance Company in 2001, before moving on to similar roles at Freedom Title from 2004 to 2005 and from 2014 to 2016. Amy then transitioned into talent acquisition, working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Paylocity in 2016, followed by roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Partner from 2017 to 2020. Amy then joined Concero as an Executive Recruiter in 2020 and eventually became a Sr. Executive Recruiter. In 2021, Amy joined TalentUnify as a Sr. Executive Recruiter before being promoted to Vice President of Recruiting. Currently, they are the Director of Recruiting at Concero, where they oversee the company's recruitment efforts.

Amy Johnston attended the University of North Texas from 1998 to 2002, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Amy also achieved a certification in Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn in 2020.
