Dana Constantineau

Dana Constantineau has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Dana currently holds the position of VP, Recruiting at Concero, where they are responsible for challenging the traditional recruiting model and offering services tailored to software companies' hiring needs. Prior to this, Dana served as the Director of Recruiting at Concero and as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition (Americas) at OpenText. Dana also has extensive experience at Carbonite, where they held various managerial roles in talent acquisition and HR. Dana's early career includes roles as an Office Manager/HR Generalist at ORC International and as an Executive Assistant at Adams Media.

Dana Constantineau obtained a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems and Psychology from Bryant University from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they studied Performing Arts & Business Administration at Shenandoah University from 1999 to 2000. They have also obtained a certification in "Recruit Diverse Talent and Promote Equitable Hiring" from LinkedIn in 2022.
