Joe has over 18 years of experience in underwriting, program management, and finance. He joined Concert after 10 years at Fortegra where he established its Specialty Program unit. Joe underwrote specialty auto, multi-family, and other niche lines of business. He has a diverse background in underwriting, product management, sales, M&A, accounting, and financial management.
Prior to Fortegra, he served in commercial and financial planning & analysis roles at Pregis Corporation, a $1 billion private equity sponsored company operating in 18 countries. Joe also served as VP of Transaction Advisory Services at Duff & Phelps.
Joe began his career in the audit and transaction services practices in the Chicago office of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University and has been a certified public accountant.
