Jessica Minmier, LMSW, currently serves as Clinical Excellence Lead and Behavioral Care Manager at Concert Health since December 2021. Prior experience includes a Social Work Internship at the Center for Addiction and Recovery Studies, where Jessica utilized trauma-informed care to support clients in their recovery journeys. Additionally, Jessica interned at The University of Texas at Arlington, contributing to social work program development and advocacy efforts. Formerly, Jessica managed C & R Print Shop for over a decade, overseeing business operations and client relationships. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Oklahoma.
