James Royer III

Project Manager - BICSI RTPM ITIL V.3 at Concert Technologies

James Royer III started their work experience in 1998 at Pelletron Corporation where they worked as a Drafter/Designer until August 2000. James then joined Concert Technologies in June 2005 as a Project Manager, where they supported multiple multi-million dollar government accounts and worked with major carriers such as AT&T, Verizon Business, Sprint, and Century Link. The end dates for their current role are not specified.

James Royer III attended Towson University from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Computer Information Systems. Prior to that, they attended York Technical Institute in York, PA from 1998 to 2000 and obtained an Associates Degree in Specialized Technology with a focus on Drafting and Computer Automated Drafting Design.

In addition to their educational background, James Royer III has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received the ITIL v.3 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2012, they obtained the BICSI - ITS Fundamentals and RTPM® certifications from BICSI. James also holds the BICSI - Registered Telecommunications Project Manager-RTPM certification, which they obtained in August 2012.
