Bryan Wilson

Bryan Wilson is the COO and co-founder of Concert, a tech startup that provides enterprise software to the live music industry. Bryan has over 10 years of experience in finance and strategic planning.

Bryan Wilson started their career as a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst at EmblemHealth, a healthcare company. Bryan then spent 5 years as the Director of Finance at Return Path, a technology company that helps businesses manage email deliverability. In 2016, they joined Handshake Corp as Vice President of Finance. Bryan led finance and corporate operations, shaping and driving strategy for scalable growth, and served as a go-to-business partner across the org.

At Handshake, Bryan rebuilt the holistic financial model to improve strategic planning, analysis, and reporting across all departments (marketing, sales, customer success, professional services, engineering, people, finance, etc.). Bryan also created monthly dashboards and board reporting to measure and track marketing/sales efficiency, customer cohorts/retention, cashflows, and other OKRs. In addition, they added structure to annual and quarterly planning processes, strengthening business responsiveness and goal focus, and holding the team to its commitments. Bryan also increased up-front customer payments by 20% in 6 months by changing sales incentives. Bryan managed external corporate relationships - accountants, legal, active/prospective investors.

Bryan Wilson has a MPH in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University, a BA in English from Boston College, and has studied Spanish Language and Literature at the University of Deusto.
