Janet Susan

Janet Susan possesses extensive experience in data operations and software engineering, currently serving as a Data Operations Manager at ConcertAI since February 2019, while also holding the position of Senior DBA at SymphonyAI from the same date. Previously, Janet worked at GE Healthcare as a Senior Software Engineer from March 2011 to January 2019, focusing on database development with SQL Server and Oracle and taking on team lead responsibilities. Earlier roles include serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Aris Global from June 2006 to March 2011, where Janet was involved in automation testing using SilkTest and performance testing with LoadRunner. Janet holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Kannur University, completed between 2001 and 2005.
