Debra Hays has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Debra currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at ConcertIDC, a role they have held since August 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Concert Care, starting in September 2019 and ending in August 2022.

Debra started their career at ComFrame, holding various positions including Vice President from January 2005 to January 2007, Area Director from 2004 to 2005, and Project Manager from 2003 to 2004.

In addition to their work experience, Debra worked as a Consultant at an unspecified company from October 2001 to April 2003. Before that, they served as a Consulting Manager at Stonebridge Technologies from October 2000 to October 2001, and as Vice President of IT Customer Service at Compass Bank from January 2000 to October 2000.

Debra Hays received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, between 1987 and 1991.
