Nosson Factor

Nosson is Concerto’s Chief Operating Officer. His primary focus is monitoring Concerto’s daily operations while exploring new growth opportunities.

With vast experience in day-to-day operations, quality initiatives, regulatory requirements and patient satisfaction, his unique perspective provides the vision and leadership to merge two unique industries. A seasoned expert in operations, Nosson has honed his health care administrative skills in the management of skilled nursing facilities.

Prior to joining Concerto, Nosson was the Operations Specialist for Aperion Care, one of the largest skilled nursing operators in the Midwest. Nosson enjoys giving back to his community by assisting nonprofit organizations to blend corporate operational efficiencies into the nonprofit business model.

When Nosson is not in the office, he can be found cycling, rain, or shine.
