Robin Hensarling, MSN, BLS, LSSGB, RN, currently serves as the Vice President of Medical Expense Performance & Case Management at ConcertoCare. With a robust background in healthcare management, Robin Hensarling has held significant leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group, including Sr. Director of National Clinical Quality Management & Policy and Regional Director of Health Services. Additional experience includes roles at Ochsner Health System as Director of Performance Improvement, and at Louisiana Medical Center and Heart Hospital, where services spanned Quality/PI, Risk Management, Infection Control, and Clinical Research. Earlier career accomplishments involve serving as Director of Performance Improvement, Risk Management, and Nursing Education at Egan Healthcare Services.
