Susy Dickerson

Susy Dickerson is a highly experienced healthcare professional with over three decades of expertise in health services management and program oversight. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Consultant at SJD Consulting since March 1997, Susy has also held significant positions, including Vice President of UM & CM Program Delegation Oversight and Accreditation at ConcertoCare since 2018, and Associate Vice President there. Prior roles include AVP of Healthcare Services at Molina Healthcare of Texas from 2012 to 2017, overseeing Medicare, Medicaid, and other health programs, Vice President of Health Services Management at Community First Health Plans, and Director of Region 6 Health Services at Health Net Federal Services. Susy began a career in healthcare at Aetna Health Plans, where responsibilities included management of utilization review for various product lines.
