Joshua is also a Co-Creator of The Botes Memory Method and the Creator/Director of Concierge Transcription. Joshua has experience in client relationship management, healthcare solutions development, and overseeing clinical services. With a background in physical therapy and sports medicine, Joshua has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor's in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training from the University of North Florida.
