James is the CEO and Founder of ConciergeBot. He was inspired to build ConciergeBot based on his experiences renting his vacation condo in Palm Springs. Prior to founding ConciergeBot, James received his BS in Computer Science from Stanford University and spent many years working in the industry in software engineering and product management at companies such as eBay and Expedia.
