Rick van Wietmarschen is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in managing complex IT and business projects across various industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Conclusion since October 2022, Rick focuses on balancing the energy grid by regulating supply and demand. Previous roles include leadership positions in EU tender processes for data sharing and project management in IT consultancy at organizations such as waterschappen, Ardanta, and Akyla. Rick played pivotal roles in implementing multi-factor authentication, guiding European tender procedures, and overseeing large-scale Microsoft Dynamics/ERP implementations. An alumnus of Saxion University of Applied Sciences with a degree in Informatics, Rick has consistently demonstrated expertise in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization throughout a diverse career.
