Lucas Akins

Lucas Akins has extensive experience in sales and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Industrial Sales for Conco Services LLC, Lucas oversees sales in the Western United States. Previously, Lucas held the position of Regional Business Manager, focusing on account maintenance and sales development in Texas. Additionally, Lucas is a Senior Account Manager at Van Zandt Country Club and contributes as a Member of the Board of Directors, leading marketing and food and beverage committees. Prior roles include Operations Manager at LA Fitness, where Lucas enhanced member satisfaction and operational efficiency, and Ranch Hand Foreman at Foster Ranch, managing seasonal staff and executing various ranch duties. Lucas began a career in sales as a Sales Associate Intern at Arbor Care Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Stephen F. Austin State University.
