Michael Randall

Michael Randall is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the retail and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Corporate Technology at Concora Credit since October 2022, Michael is responsible for managing private-label credit programs for non-prime consumers. Prior to this role, Michael held various leadership positions at Signet Jewelers from 2001 to 2022, including Director of IT Solution Delivery and Director of IT Applications Services, where responsibilities included strategic planning and project oversight for corporate systems and private-label credit functions. Michael's career in technology began with positions at Alltel Information Services and Smyth Systems, complemented by an Associate of Applied Business degree in Computer Programming Technology from The University of Akron.
