Paul Phuong

Paul Phuong is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in leadership, program management, and Agile practices. Currently serving as IT Manager for Private Label Technical Services at Concora Credit since March 2019, Paul leads a team of SQL Engineers and Business Systems Analysts. Previous roles include IT Product Manager Lead and Integration Program Manager, where Paul promoted Agile methodologies and managed product delivery. Prior to Concora Credit, Paul held the position of Services Release Manager 2 at U.S. Bank, overseeing software rollouts, and has a solid foundation in quality assurance and data analysis from earlier roles at Concora Credit, Columbia Sportswear, and Wells Fargo.
