B. Shepard

B. "Shep" Shepard has been employed at Concord Academy since November 2005, progressing through several roles, including Director of Major and Planned Giving, Senior Leadership and Planned Giving Officer, and Leadership Gift and Planned Giving Officer. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating leadership gift prospects, developing strategies for maximizing donations, and establishing long-term relationships with major donors. Previous roles at Concord Academy also involved overseeing the school's annual giving programs and conducting research during a Capital Campaign. Prior experience includes working as a Client Marketing Specialist at Wellington Management Company and various assistant vice president positions at Scudder Stevens and Clark and Zurich Scudder Investments. B. "Shep" Shepard holds an MBA in Marketing from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in History and Spanish from Dickinson College.
