Concord Academy
Pam Safford currently serves as the Dean of Admission and Financial Aid at Deerfield Academy since July 2013. In addition, Pam has been the President of the Board for the Association of Independent School Admission Professionals since 2010. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Head for Communications, Enrollment, and Planning at Concord Academy, which has been held since July 2000, and Director of Admission at Northfield Mount Hermon School from July 1994 to May 2000. Pam Safford holds a Master of Education in Education Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania (2010-2011) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Carleton College (1981-1985).
