This includes managing fermentation, semi-synthetic, and synthesis-based manufacturing, ensuring compliance with US FDA & EUGMP standards, and implementing process improvements. The team works collaboratively to manage daily operations, optimize production efficiency, and ensure high-quality output to meet global supply demands.
