Kayla Langan, AINS, has been an Underwriter at Concord Group Insurance since June 2020, following a role as a Personal Lines Underwriting Trainee. Earlier in their career, Kayla worked as a Cashier at DeMoulas Market Basket from October 2012 to November 2016, providing customer service and assistance. Kayla holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Plymouth State University (2014-2019) and a high school diploma from Winnisquam Regional High School (2010-2014).
