Shakil Abir

Shakil Abir serves as the Group Head of Human Resources at Concord Group of Companies since May 2024, overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, management, and organizational development. Previously, Shakil held the position of General Manager - Group HR at NAVANA GROUP from July 2022 to April 2024, where responsibilities included HR compensation strategies and planning. Other significant roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at AHL-A Holdings Limited and various HR positions at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) and Pathao. Shakil's extensive background in human resources is supported by a solid educational foundation, including an MBA in Human Resource Management from Independent University, Bangladesh, and multiple relevant diplomas.
