Other notable positions include roles at Anwar Group of Industries, DBL Group, and a foundational role at BRAC, emphasizing training and development initiatives. Shams' academic background includes an Executive MBA from the Commonwealth of Learning and degrees in Food and Nutrition from the University of Dhaka and Agriculture from Bangladesh Agricultural University.
