Elijah Joplin

Elijah Joplin, RMAC, CRME, serves as the Director of Revenue Management at Concord Hospitality Enterprises since May 2021, building on a robust career in revenue strategy. Prior to this role, Elijah held several positions at O'Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, progressing from Assistant Revenue Manager to Regional Revenue Manager and managing a diverse region across multiple states. Elijah possesses extensive experience in generating and analyzing revenue management reports, formulating rate and yield management strategies, and leading revenue and digital marketing teams. Earlier experiences include roles at Hilton Garden Inn and Sonic Drive-In, complemented by an internship in hotel operations. Elijah holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Missouri State University.
