Zach W. possesses extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, holding various leadership roles such as Regional Director of Food and Beverage, Area Director of Food and Beverage, and Dual Director of Food and Beverage at Concord Hospitality Enterprises from July 2019 to March 2024. Prior to this, Zach served as General Manager for both WestEnd Bistro and WYLD Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from November 2016 to May 2018, overseeing culinary excellence and restaurant operations. Earlier positions include Food and Beverage Manager and Banquet Captain at Omni Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities included event supervision and planning, as well as Food and Beverage Supervisor roles at both DoubleTree by Hilton and The Ritz-Carlton. Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from The University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
