Adrian Hillekamp

Adrian Hillekamp is an experienced music industry professional with a diverse background in A&R and management roles. Currently serving as Director A&R at Concord since March 2020, Hillekamp's previous positions include Senior A&R Manager and A&R Manager at the same company. As Co-Founder and Managing Director at RAGEQUIT from May 2019 to December 2024, Hillekamp contributed significantly to the establishment of the company. Hillekamp has also held director-level positions at Grand H Music, A&R and Copyright Manager at Motor Entertainment GmbH, and completed internships at notable organizations such as BMG, Budde Music Publishing, Edel AG, and Warner Music Group.
