Kayle Kiener

Kayle Kiener is an accomplished professional in the music and finance industries, currently serving as VP of Recorded Music Royalties at Concord since June 2020, where Kayle leads a team in launching new royalty software and improving workflow efficiency. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Director of Artist Royalties at Warner Music Group and Senior Manager of Royalties at Sussman and Associates, focusing on artist and publisher statements using various software platforms. Kayle also held positions at Naxos of America as Royalty & Licensing Admin Manager, and United Record Pressing, LLC, where oversight of customer service and manufacturing workflow was essential. Kayle's education includes an MBA from Western Governors University, and degrees in Accounting and Liberal Arts from Belmont University, as well as an associate degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and a degree in Music Theory and Composition from Vincennes University.
