Steve Salm

Steve Salm is a seasoned executive in the music industry, currently serving as Chief Business Development Officer and Founding Partner at Concord since January 2015, where responsibilities include managing multi-billion dollar M&A activities and driving business development initiatives in music intellectual property. Prior to this role, Steve co-founded and served as Co-President of The Bicycle Music Company and the Anthem I.P. Fund, overseeing significant music copyright investments from high-net-worth individuals and institutions. Steve's earlier career includes a position at IBM in Digital Music/Media from 2000 to 2003. Educational credentials include a BA in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
