James Dimond

James Dimond is a Senior Project Engineer at Concord Pacific Developments Inc., having joined the company in April 2023. Previously, James served as a Project Engineer at BNBuilders from February 2020 to March 2023 and at Baldwin General Contracting, Inc. from November 2018 to January 2020. James began the career as a Project Engineer Intern at Yorke & Curtis, Inc. in mid-2018 and contributed as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Oregon State University, where support was provided to students in the Civil and Construction Engineering Program, focusing on VDC/BIM Technologies. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University, completed in 2019.
