Lorelei Lambert possesses extensive experience in customer care and community management, currently serving as the Manager of Homeowner Care at Concord Pacific Developments Inc. since April 2018, after holding the position of Assistant Manager of Homeowner Customer Care. Prior roles include Community Manager at Concert Properties Ltd., and Assistant and Marketing Manager at Gables Residential. Lorelei began a professional career in customer service as a Customer Service Representative at American Airlines while also engaging in fashion modeling and acting for several years. Educationally, Lorelei earned an Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, and Communications from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
