Paula Zappala is a seasoned Speech Language Pathologist with extensive experience in clinical operations and management. Currently serving at Granite VNA since August 2021, Paula previously held the position of Director of Clinical Services at Ageility from January 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, Paula spent nearly two decades at Genesis Rehab Services, progressing through various roles including VP of Clinical Operations, Director of Clinical Operations, Area Director/Sr. PM, and Program Manager/Speech Language Pathologist. Paula began the career as Program Director at Rehabworks from 1997 to 2000. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master's degree in Communication Science & Disorders from the University of New Hampshire and Hampton University, respectively.
