Tammi Mozier

Tammi Mozier, MBA, PT, ATC, COS-C, is Vice President of Education and Quality. In this role, Mozier oversees the education, orientation and assessment of the agency’s professional and paraprofessional staff, as well as its laboratory services and Quality Assessment Process Improvement (QAPI) program.

Mozier has been with Granite VNA for nearly 22 years and has served the agency in multiple roles, including staff physical therapist, Rehabilitation Services program manager, Home Care clinical director, and director of education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont and a Master of Business Administration with a health care administration certificate from Plymouth State University.
