Paulette Fitzgerald

Paulette Fitzgerald is the current principal of RMS at CONCORD SCHOOL DISTRICT. Paulette has also served as an administrator at Merrimack Valley Learning Center, SAU 46 and as a special education teacher, team leader, and special education coordinator at Jaffrey-Rindge Middle School, SAU 47.

Paulette has been in education for over 20 years and has dedicated their career to helping students succeed. Paulette is a strong advocate for standards-based teaching and learning and has used data to improve teaching and learning at both the middle school and district level. Paulette is also a proponent of providing time for remediation and enrichment in the areas of reading and math.

Paulette is a highly effective leader with a proven track record of success in improving student achievement. Paulette has a deep commitment to their community and its students and is proud to have served them for 7 years.

Paulette Fitzgerald has a post-masters certification in education leadership from Keene State College. Paulette also has a Master of Education in special education and teaching from Keene State College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in early childhood, elementary, and special education from Rhode Island College.

Paulette Fitzgerald reports to Kathleen A. Murphy, Superintendent of Schools. Paulette Fitzgerald works with Anthony Blinn - Principal, ADS, Dorothy Savery - Payroll Manager, and Michele Garon - Director of Human Resources. Some individuals on their team include Kerry Finnegan - Assistant Principal, RMS, Paula Mercier - Assistant Principal, RMS.
