John Lane

John Lane has extensive experience in customer support and operational leadership, with a notable tenure at Biscom from June 1995 to January 2024, where positions included Head of Customer Success, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer. In these roles, John Lane provided executive leadership for security strategy, oversaw technical support operations, and ensured high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle. John Lane is currently the Head of Support and Integration at Concord Technologies since January 2024.
