Benji Orlansky

Benji Orlansky is an experienced leader in customer success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Concord since March 2024. Previously, Benji held key roles at Kojo as Vice President and Head of Customer Success from July 2020 to February 2024, and directed customer success initiatives at ShippingEasy from November 2017 to July 2020. With a strong focus on optimizing customer experience and driving revenue, Benji has also contributed to OutboundEngine as Senior Manager and Team Lead of Customer Success and worked as Customer Success Manager at Cars.com. Academic background includes a B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin.
