Milan Mishra has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2016, Milan worked as a Database Management Intern at Defence Research and Development Organisation. In 2017, Milan served as a Frontend Web Developer Intern at Novus Software Services.

In 2018, Milan took on the role of Engineer at Abexmatic Hydraulics, where they supervised daily manufacturing activities, administered the Digital Marketing Department, and managed B2B and B2C relations, resulting in a 20% increase in sales.

From 2019 to 2020, Milan worked as an Export Consultant at Tamaplace, participating in the "French Touch Tour" project, conducting an export market study and providing strategic and operational recommendations.

In 2020, Milan joined Cherry Biotech as a Growth Hacker, responsible for improving online acquisition strategies, designing and testing new acquisition techniques, and developing lead generation. They later transitioned to the role of Growth Manager, focusing on content strategy, advertising, and social media engagement.

In 2022, Milan joined Giskard as an AI Evangelist, identifying target companies for data-related roles, automating prospect list creation, and creating tailored marketing campaigns.

Currently, Milan is working as a Growth Manager at Concord, where they identify and target companies and roles using data analysis, automate prospect list creation, and write and automate marketing email campaigns. They also measure and optimize the pipeline and conversion to increase ROI.

Milan Mishra obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Maharaja Agrasen Institute Of Technology, Delhi, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, Milan also earned a certification in Online Marketing Fundamentals from Google. Later, Milan pursued a Master of Science degree in International Business from KEDGE Business School, which they completed between 2019 and 2020.
