Ken McDonald

Ken McDonald has had an illustrious career, serving in various leadership positions for prestigious organizations. Ken is currently the Director at Concordance Academy of Leadership. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Director for Alpha USA, where they shepherded the ministry from 15 partners to over 100 in just 5 years. Ken has also served as the Principal for McDonald Group, LLC and as the Vice President for the Government Division of NuParadigm. Ken was also a Co-founder of be, and prior to that they were the Director of National Accounts for Spectrum Brands. Ken has dedicated their life to service and leadership, and has had a profound impact on the organizations they have been a part of.

Ken McDonald received their Masters of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary in the field of Theological and Ministerial Studies. Ken also holds a Bachelor's Degree from California State University, Fresno in Telecommunications Management.
