Tom Grant brings seven years of staffing experience to the Concordance Employment Agency, along with 20 plus years in the logistics world, and has led teams in both sales and operations. Most recently, Tom was the St. Louis market leader for PeopleReady, a national temporary employment firm specializing in light industrial, construction and hospitality. Tom’s role at Concordance is to fully operationalize the employment agency offering participants gainful employment in the St. Louis region and beyond. The Concordance Employment Agency is part of the Education & Employment component of the Concordance Re-Entry Model.
