Shawn Francis has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Shawn started their career at AdventHealth, where they held various managerial roles, including Logistics/Distribution Manager and Central Distribution Supervisor. In these positions, Shawn focused on enhancing supply chain processes and managing budgets. Shawn then transitioned to Cardinal Health, where they served as a Supply Chain Sales Representative, Site Operations Manager, and Account Management Region Director. In these roles, they were responsible for account management, customer satisfaction, and developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability. Currently, Shawn is the Director of Business Development at Concordance Healthcare Solutions, where they continue to utilize their expertise to drive business growth.
