Neil Malik

Neil Malik has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Neil currently works as the Head Production Chef at Concorde Entertainment Group. Prior to this, they were the Manager at Last Best Brewing & Distilling in 2015. Neil also served as the Assistant General Manager at HiFi Club from 2013 to 2015. In addition, they worked as a Weekly Blogger for Spareparts from 2013 to 2015. Neil started their career as the Owner of Scratch Restaurant and Nightclub from 2009 to 2012. Neil also had experience as the General Manager of BarKingFish Tavern from 2006 to 2008, where they were involved in its successful opening and operation.

Neil Malik attended the University of Saskatchewan from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise and Sport Science. Neil furthered their education at the same institution from 2002 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing. Additionally, in 2018 and 2019, Neil Malik pursued a Certificate in Butchery and Charcuterie Management at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
